I’m not sure if this is the right place so sorry if not. I’ll try and make it short
So I came back to an old job of mine 7 months ago due to my supervisor and a old work mate pretty much begging me to come back due to the lack of staff I agreed because I liked it there. The deal was I’d be trained on the machine again and Dan would train me up as I was with him before
Now here’s the problem. When you get signed off as a operator you get a pay rise to £13 an hour. And currently I’m only on £10. I’m now signed off as a operator and have been for the past 6 weeks but yet to receive my pay rise despite me asking about it and my manager saying he’ll get around to it.
Is there anything I can do
