Having a attitude of “I dare you to fire me”

I dunno about you guys but ever since the pandemic and the “great resignation” I've assumed a attitude of “don't like it? fire me”. I just brush off my bosses (constant) bitching, do the bare minimum and cut the fuck out of corners (legally and ethically of course). It's really quite liberating and nobody has tested me on this. If they do I'm fine with looking for another job. At least that's how it is in my industry lately. Thank the lord for shortstaffing Anyway just wondering if anyone else has taken this attitude? And if so how is it working out for you?
