Having to wait all day to work

I have had so many technical issues (I work from home) that are due to issues on the companies end and when I can’t work because of said issues, I am penalized for it by not getting paid. The longest stretch was 4 days and if you live paycheck to paycheck you know that every freaking hour counts. Today, I clocked out for my lunch break just to see that I have been locked out yet again, due to our IT team switching over to a new server. I informed them of this issue and now, I am expected to stay right by my computer all day long, unpaid mind you, while I wait for them to fix it.

This same company also pays me less than other reps who live where the “cost of living” is higher even though we all work the same job and I have more responsibilities. When I brought this up to them I was told “we’ll talk to HR about it and get back to you” that was 7 months ago.
