help addressing touchy safety issue

Idk how to address this with my employer, but it's starting to come up. I work in an industrial/factory environment, and all our ladders are rated for 300lbs or less. At 290 I don't feel comfortable working on them, and as far as I can tell all other people my size and bigger just use the ladders and haven't said anything. Announce my ballpark weight to the whole factory 2. Be known as the person who put work on hold to get equipment for weight issues or at worst 3. Get all the other bigger people in trouble for using the ladders, because we're required to go down a safety checklist before using the ladders and only use it if it's safe, including weight rating. At 290, I'm technically not on the hook for this.

There are no channels to report it anonymously. I'm not sure what to do.
