I am underpaid and overworked but I stay at my job because of the flexibility. I work in home of clients so they never see what we’re doing. We work our asses off and always get work done on time. Sometimes I will clock in at home and do my work bc I live 40 min away from the city we work in. We are not permitted to work at home but some of us do anyway to save on gas and time.
Well today they implemented a new clock in system where our IP address is logged when we clock in and clock out. I know they did this to track where we are.
How can I bypass this?
