Help finding a post?

I saw a post about someone quitting their job due to their boss being inconsiderate of the time off. Their partner is terminal and on hospice, barely conscious. The state they live in doesn’t recognize common law marriage. There’s no hr because it’s a small mom and pop type deal. I think it was here, but now I can’t find it! Any help appreciated 🙂
