Given a job offer and they are needing the exact dates of all of my previous jobs over the past 5 years. They say one wrong date that conflicts with the background check will fail the system and you won’t be able to reapply until a year later. I’ve never heard of this. Can anyone help? I’ve had random jobs throughout college and some internships I have on my resume that companies don’t have exact dates of.
