I'm sick and tired of this, really I had enough. I'm applying for a content manager role and even before they have any kind of chat with me they hit me with the Psychometric test (https://ibb.co/PGGDKXz – this is the email I received).
The thing is I cannot see the relevance of the test for the position I am applying for at all, I'm going to make a test all based on numerical answers which doesn't show my ability to write. Therefore, I think that it doesn't show the “best fit” for the role If the its not evaluating all the skills a person has.
Alva Labs is the company that is supposed to make the test and the manager of the company is such a loser for letting them fool him like this selling a test to determine “best fits” for a role. I think you guys get to the point… I really want to answer this guys, what can I tell them?
