So I work for a job where I’m supposed to be in the office 5x a week. I got into a major car accident last month, leaving me with a concussion and advised by my neurologist to WFH until needed.
However, I got a job offer that’s fully remote and a 35% increase in pay.
Am I in the wrong to put my two weeks in at my job even though they have been accommodating to my health issue ATM?
2 people from our team just left within the last month, so our department is falling apart as well
