Hello, I'm wondering if someone could give me some advice. My daughter quit her job yesterday owing to job conditions and boss' attitude. She's owed over $750 in tips. It's shows on her pay stub as not included during the pay cycles. She's asked her boss to get it straight with the paycheck company but nothhas happened. She's checked with some of her co-workers HAVE gotten their tip money.
Does anyone know where to find the relevant regulations regarding withholding tips from employees? Federal and state? For reference she was working in MD. Thanks
