Hershey interview

Only I never got a phone call, I had no number to reach out to either..then suddenly I got a voice-mail. I was on my phone Googling trying to figure out if there was a number I was supposed to call, it never rang. I listened to the voice-mail and called the number back only to be told I missed my chance, it looked bad that I didn't answer and I might as well forget the job. I figured he was an asshole so I called again and got a different customer service lady, I told her that I got disconnected and asked to be transferred but she echoed the previous man. I even asked for an email address I could reach out to but I was told they don't do that..and then I fucking cried because things are getting tight and I could really use a job and I had been looking forward to this. Why does it have to be so hard? Why couldn't the interviewer just leave her extension? Why is it like this out there?
