How immoral would this be?

I am an independent contractor. One of my clients offered me a position to work for them only, making me their employee next month and forgoing the rest of my clients. Several of my clients have expressed the desire to continue working with me. I have declined all of them because my soon to be new employer wants me to devote myself to them. Also, they will be paying me for a certain number of hours per week. There is one client; however, who I am tempted to keep because they don't require as much time. The issue is that both clients would want me to be available regular daytime business hours. Oh, by the way, I'm remote. I really could use the extra money, but I think I would feel icky about doing this.
