I could use some advice. I’m moving in with my gf in 6 days. Landlord says I need to be on the lease. I submit my application, 2 paystubs, and a credit check.
I make twice the rent on my own, so that’s no problem. I have a great rent history. 10+ years, always on time. The problem is the credit check.
I just took out an auto loan for a new car. I can still afford car and rent no problem. But I took a hit to my credit score because of it.
The landlord says my application is denied. No co-sign, no paying extra downpayment. Nothing, gtfo. “Company policy”
My lease here is up in 7 days and idk what to do… gf’s lease is up in June and we were really looking forward to living in her place together.
Is there anything I can do?
