I work as a special needs Bus attendant during the day and I would like something in between.
My local rec commission needs a sports director the pay is better than my bus and I can work between my bus hours.
The problem is the rec wants a college degree. I don’t have that or really want to get one. It’s a small town job and I don’t have enough money to finish a degree.
I do have 10 yrs experience working with the Rec as a field director, a scorekeeper and sometime umpire.
The job would be good pay probably 20k a year plus my 12k a year with Bus job.
I really want this job but I probably won’t get it because of a degree
