He’s Never Gonna Find The Right Employee

So my dad has his own tree climbing “business” (trimming and cutting down trees). One that he currently can't do anything with because he has no employees and physically, he can't do all the work himself. Right now he's trying to find someone that: -Would work outside for any time between 8 and 11 hours. -Would be fine with skipping lunch breaks to make sure the work is done, because he sometimes can't estimate how long a job can take. -Is expected to just “know” what he wants them to do, even though almost every job is different because of the different sizes of trees, types of trees and the locations of these trees. -Is also expected to not only be okay with a schedule that can change because of weather, but also because he takes like a 2 month break for when it gets too cold. -He also doesn't…

So my dad has his own tree climbing “business” (trimming and cutting down trees). One that he currently can't do anything with because he has no employees and physically, he can't do all the work himself.

Right now he's trying to find someone that:

-Would work outside for any time between 8 and 11 hours.

-He also doesn't like it when they take or miss more than two or three days off, so if your body can't physically keep or you get sick like most people do, you would probably lose your job.

So basically he wants a telepathic-android-slave that can always perform at its best whenever he needs them to. He's an example of a boss that is the reason why most people hate working. Someone should not be expected to work their life away with no regards to their health, because someone is too cheap to higher more employees. If my dad would just hire two or three people to lessen the work load and stress on his employees, his business would excel.

I worked with my dad on and off again since I was 15. We worked for weeks until I got hurt, during this time I was his only employee and it was horrible. So I'm not just judging and trying to give a solution to a problem I know nothing about.

Do you guys agree that he's being unreasonable?

(Also sorry if my grammar is terrible in this, English was my least favorite subject in school.)
