I have a Hmong friend that requested off for Hmong New Years, and his boss still scheduled him for an 8 hour shift that prevents him from celebrating. I told him to not go in, he is at a point of his life where that is in option financially, but I was also wondering if there was any labor laws in Wisconsin, USA against that?
