I have worked for this owner for four years. I have given my all and done the best I can. I warned him of his bad business practices and how he was going to lose customers. He didn’t listen and so I gave my two weeks. He started accusing me of stealing customers to my new job- not true and now refuses to speak to me when asking him questions on how to transition. WTF!
