hospitality wage laws

I work at a restaurant and the owner is REALLY weird about wages. The tip out process is done by the house and depends on how many support staff worked so a bit of math needs to be done to know exactly how much money is made. The owner has ab excel spreadsheet that easily calculates this but he refused to give it to me. He has issues with employees taking pictures of their sales report or calculating what we made. It has been said during preshifts that you are not even allowed to count your cash tips until you are clocked out. I dgaf and I will go in the bathroom and do it on the low anyway. Lately I really haven't been caring and will do it on the floor. Is it legal to be forced to leave your waitressing shift without being given the opportunity to calculate…
