Hours being cut for everyone, assistant manager clocking 10+ hours of overtime weekly

I work at a retail store where hours have been cut. This manager (I’ll call her “A”) has a history of general rudeness/nastiness. The other day, one of the shift leads told me that while everyone’s hours are being cut, A has been clocking 10 hours of overtime every week. Another employee told me that she noticed that A never punches in on the computer, only writes down her times. The employee said that she notices A coming in 15 minutes late, but writing her punches as if she’s on time. Schedules have also been changed without notice to employees. It’s really frustrating because I can’t even afford to feed myself and pay my bills because of my hours being cut, it’s almost like A is stealing hours from everyone else. What are my options here? I’ve considered calling the corporate ethics line, but I also don’t trust the company…
