How bad can America get before change?

Like honestly this Reddit and a few others makes me feel so sad for my generation in America. When I hear about the workers rights and property market especially. Here in Norway my generation certainly isn’t happy with their lot but things like 30+ days PTO, around $22-25 per hour for unskilled jobs like McDonald’s , free healthcare and a relatively affordable housing market is taken for granted. It seems to me there must be a point where things ‘break’ in America. Surely things like having less than 10 days PTO a year will make a society angry and revolutionary. When and how will it break? I’m sending my love and strength across the Atlantic and I sincerely hope things improve out there. Keep fighting!
