How can I get a raise when manager doesn’t want to negotiate salary?

I had to leave my position in November after having a baby. He’s too young for child care and honestly I can’t afford it even with being paid a good wage. So I took a work from home position at my husband’s company. I went from $25 an hour to being paid $12.50. I’m not being accommodated for my degree or years of experience. I presented my research to my manager and stated that I’m being underpaid by 29%. She refuses to negotiate my salary or offer a raise. I don’t earn enough to pay my bills.
