How can I get out this 9-5 trap in 2023?

I’m only 21. It’s already hard enough having to work in this economy, but working multiple jobs isn’t for the weak. I work at Home Depot and McDonald’s. At Home Depot all my coworkers do is whine and gossip about other people not doing their job even though they don’t properly train people. To top it off, I also work at McDonald’s and my general manager’s motto is “this is fast food, not a parking lot” while at the same time threatening to lower people’s pay and getting mad that I set boundaries on not working certain days. I stopped going to college to avoid student loan debt. I’m finally done saving up for my car and I just got a new job. I’m just trying to figure out how to get out of this 9-5 trap by next year. What should I do?
