I’m a huge fan of the man and his insights and thought process. Somehow this sub is in my feed A LOT. Most posts I can certainly see the motivation behind, especially when it’s an example of a bad manager, or goofy policy enforced in a terrible way.
So; for those that are aware of him and his work; would you work for a company that took his teachings and applied them faithfully?
From where I sit; it seems most are frustrated by how companies are run as opposed to the idea of work itself.
Thoughts?
