So it seems that the company I work at is unable to believe that fact that some people just don't want to hang out with co-workers. They are doing everything they can to get people to come together. It seems like most of the team is on board though, but I'm not.
If you say, you can't go, they will reschedule the entire event for you.
Now they are scheduling happy hours during work hours (paid by them), how do I avoid this?
This is a remote job. How do I say I can't go, but technically its during work hours so I should be available.
How do I get out of this?
