How do I convince my management team overtime is not an acceptable wage supplement?

With costs getting out of control, I’ve been moved into living paycheck to paycheck. Where I work, there is often weeks at a time that are mandatory overtime. I’ve been luckier than most and haven’t been required to do as much. They also just put out the Q2 YTD earnings at 190% of projected profits. 3 members of my team have left in the last 6 months and none of the positions have been filled. I know if I go ask for a cost of living raise they would simply say work more overtime to get more money. I value my time at home as much as the next person, and I will not give that up to slave away just to survive. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
