I know I shouldn't as the company wouldn't even turn an eye if it was the other way around. However, quitting would be very unexpected. I plan to do it the morning before my shift so it could really screw the schedule over. Even though my co-workers/managers are partially the reason why I am leaving I still feel bad for putting them in that position. I know I could put in a 2-week notice however I don't think I can wait for that. I have been saying this is my final straw for the past ever and this time I want to mean it. I just want to focus on school and have everything I need to do so for a while.
