Lately since the start of the pandemic I have been trying to figure out what work from home job would work best for me. The only problem is I work nothing but blue collar jobs before so I can only apply for entry level jobs like: call center, data entry, virtual assistant, bookkeeping, etc. I also hear that these kinds of remote jobs are also more micromanaged and more likely to track you and keep you working a full 8 hour day. The thing is I don't want to keep working the whole shift. I know there are some WFH jobs where you can get the work done in less than 3 hours or so and just be available the rest of the shift and management knows this and does not care. Are there any entry level jobs that do not do remote tracking and what can I do to avoid being hired by jobs that require you to be monitored?
