how do i go about requesting discriminatory rules towards my bathroom usage in writing?

i have severe ibs, and the diet that i would have to be on to prevent flare-ups is extremely restrictive & expensive, and would require meal prep for every single day that i work as you can’t just easily order take-out for it. my boss told me today in a benchmark meeting that i am going to be required to change my diet & that they will be either cutting my hours or making me clock out whenever i have to use the bathroom, or both . i was also told that by using the bathroom, i put my coworkers in danger. and i have two weeks to figure it out or i’m getting fired (there’s other bullshit i’m getting accused of, so they’ll refuse to say it’s because of the “bathroom issue”) some part of this has to be a violation of the ada so i would definitely want…

some part of this has to be a violation of the ada so i would definitely want to pursue a claim against them, but i want to get written proof of these requirements beforehand. how would one go about requesting this without raising alarms with upper management?

it is so disgusting to me that they think they have the right to police the kind of food that i eat. it’s a damn retail job for fucks sake…
