I want to be paid for the fact that every time I clock out for break I am forced to work. Also, I am not given 10 minute breaks or second breaks after 10 hours on my shifts. This is California. How do I get paid for this? Do I have to get a lawyer or can I report them and threaten to get a lawyer and get paid out that way? I plan to quit after getting my wages reimbursed
