Pay Transparency

I work at a consulting firm and recently learned that I'm paid 60% what my colleagues make. These colleagues also have contractual bonuses and stock (I do not have either). I also make less than several junior developers. I'm assuming it's because I was hired before we split from our parent company so things were different than. Is there a good way to talk to my boss about this? Or do I just leave?
