Hello everyone thanks in advance for any suggestions!
I have been working 60-70 hour weeks the past couple of months and am completely and utterly burned out and depressed. Had an appt with my psychiatrist today who upped my anti-depressant dose and put me off work all of next week.
My manager himself is a good person, its his boss who breathes down his neck, and even then I think she's not the worst either, were just incredibly understaffed. I work for a huge company with a great union so I know I wont get fired.
I still have anxiety emailing them with my note letting them know i wont be in next week as Im still finishing my shift today. Any advice would be very appreciated
