How do our fast food workers feel about the new McD’s ad saying order ahead on the app so you get can breakfast 2 minutes before breakfast is no longer served?

These kinds of commercials come off to me like they are intentionally throwing employees under a bus just to cater to one extra customer. I've never worked in food industry so I don't know how big of a deal it is to toss some egg and cheese biscuits together right before you're not supposed to be doing that anymore but the logical human assumes that there is some sort of tear down and prep involved in the transition from breakfast to lunch?
