How do people manage to show enthusiasm during job interviews when you hate the organisation?

And you don’t want to be there but for the money ? I’m so tired of trying to fake my face and mannerisms to pretend I care about an organisation that would get rid of me in a heartbeat if they needed to save money. How do you do it?
