To my guy boss she does some ass kissing as well.
Seems to love gossip and know about personal life of people.
My other co worker was getting divorced. This employee basically gave her tips on taking screen shots and saving all communication with her soon to be ex on a cloud. She also was coaching her on how to look up personal details on new guys she may be dating.
In addition, she is a karen. She refuses to help others, talks about how to legslly screw over landlords that give her a hard time. Fights every speeding ticket in court.
Just overall, sounds like a person who nobody really likes.
