Pretty much the title. You know the type, always watching what you do even though it's not their job, acting entitled and always reporting what you do to your actual supervisor just to be a *****. I'll probably quit within the next month or two depending on if I get the new job I'm aiming for, but in the meantime, how did you deal with this if it happened?
