I saw in another sub I’m in of people saying that workers who NCNS are the scummiest of the earth (unless it’s under emergency conditions) because it screws over their work day.
If you need to keep the job or reference then obviously don’t perform NCNSs. If you don’t want to be fired then obviously call in.
But in my opinion personally, I don’t get paid enough to care about giving a two week notice. I just stop showing up. I also don’t get paid enough to do the work of two people and become frantic over a worker that stopped showing up.
