Give me your honest opinions here
I’m making this post because I applied for this sales job for one of the big phone companies. I’ve never done sales before. I applied and I didn’t realize until I got a email that it was through a third party, it was on indeed. Just like for example if it said Verizon or T mobile or any other company but under that it says some other company.
I didn’t realize what I actually had applied for was one of those sales kiosk jobs. It’s like one of those jobs where they have the company setup a table or “kiosk” with all their products and services and they will have some type of presentation & stuff to get you to switch over your service and or upgrade your phone and get better deals etc. It’s like they have permission to sell a companies products through the third party but it’s not actually the real main company
I thought of going because today was supposed to be the start but I was stuck 50/50 because it’s kind of a job where you will be standing all day in the middle of a busy grocery store or warehouse store trying to get shoppers who are are (obviously looking for other things) to buy your products. Usually people ignore them or try to walk fast so they aren’t noticed lmao. I’ve heard you can make crazy money I’ve heard you can make a couple thousand in a week but personally I don’t think I want to do this type of sales. I want to try the traditional sales that’s not through a third party company. Just like any other store where people are actually coming to spend money not be kind of randomly approached and offered something
