Do you prefer your companies asking you to relocate only to call you for the work where you are not physically required? Also do you mind if they don't have enough spaces available so they call you on designated days of the week?
Personally for me hybrid mode was supposed to be minimum of x days a week and not the designated days. I believe that if my company is calling me then it should also provide me a place to work.
It should not be like they ask me to work on designated days of week in their premises and then ask me to look for myself for rest of the days.
It feels like they are cutting their costs on employees expense.
But these are my personal opinions. I would like to hear yours as well.
