How do you respond to “let us know if you need help managing your workload / prioritizing” from passive aggressive managers when the issue isn’t managing workload but them not being clear / not respecting WLB boundaries?

Got hit with this from one of my workaholic bosses who is mad I wasn’t available to work at 7pm last night, despite never making it clear we were expected to be online. When I interviewed they bragged about WLB but we are expected to be available all evenings and weekends and basically have to request permission if we are going to have plans outside of work. Already going to look for a new job and honestly I don’t really need the money right now, but it’s a good salary so I’m trying to stick it out. Would love to know how you guys reply to the bs “let us know if you’re having trouble prioritizing” when that’s…not the case.
