How far is far enough to report my boss?

I (enby 21) work at a Pizza hut and my manager(M23) has always made me uncomfortable. He's super dishonest, lying about how much he makes, how many women he sleeps with, etc and is just generally scummy. This wouldn't bother me if he didn't only hire teenage girls and actively hit on them during work. Ever since he became manager he has hired at least 7 teenage girls (4 of them are blonde, blue eyed, thin, and white, so he has a type). He gives them weed for free, calls them over to talk with him and listen to him talk about how he took shrooms yesterday or how he makes 97$/hr or whatever other bullshit he has to say, and has hung out with at least one outside of work hours. He's also talked to other male employees about how hot they are and how big their breasts are…

He's also talked to other male employees about how hot they are and how big their breasts are etc. It makes me so uncomfortable. These girls are usually 16-18, which even 18 feels kinda young considering he's 23 but I know some of those girls are/we're minors when he was flirtatious with them. He hasn't said or done anything too overtly sexual in a way that can be proven. I hate seeing him be such a creep to these girls, especially as a victim of grooming and sexual abuse myself it really wigs me out. I'm quitting soon and want to report him now that I have nothing to lose. Is this even worth doing?
