New Englander here! I started going to Aldi because it seemed like the only place which didn't require the checkout clerks to stand on a cement floor for a whole shift. The prices are low enough that it seems like people might be getting exploited. Are employees treated fairly here, or should I go back to a store which is represented by UFCW?
