How many “Final” written warnings do we get?

I've been working for the siren for three years now. It's a pretty demanding job, and often the customers are the worst part. We have a lot of unreasonable requests, bad attitudes and general entitlement, especially in my neighborhood store. I have been written up approximately every six months for failing to create the perfect customer experience. I have been suspicious about this for some time though, because I've also made my desire to train and promote well known and this can't happen if there's a write up on record within the last six months. I have received my “final” written warning several times now. This most recent one comes six weeks after my last poor interaction. At exactly the six month mark from the last “final” written warning I've received. I also happen to be the fastest on bar, and have a high satisfaction rate because I'm great at my job. I am a strong partner in all aspects, and I highly suspect that this is a tactic to keep me exactly where I am. How can I prove this? Is this a tactic anyone has experienced before? I'm fairly confident they don't want to fire me, but I also think they want to keep me “in my place”. Is the only way out to find a different job?
