Micromanagement is running rampant at my work. From college instructors watching us work and calling our boss to say we are sitting down , to different department employees saying we aren't working. We are grounds maintenance and do more work before 8am than anyone else on campus does in a week. It's almost a daily occasion to hear our boss on the walkie talkie saying we need to get busy. All for the 2nd lowest pay behind housekeeping.
