So far I have been at my Job combined for almost 4 years roughly (left twice) but I've only ever asked for a wage increase once, I believe I am currently still on minimum wage now too bc of recent change to the system, my last ask was before Christmas, how many times a year do you think is acceptable? I plan on asking soon, also is it better to state what you want wages to go up to? Or let them decide, I was thinking 9.50 to 10.20 but idk if thats too much to ask.
