Tired of this

I currently work for a British retail chain, one of the big ones, have done for just over 7 years. Through the entirety of that time, we've gone through more managers than years worked, pay went up by about £1.80 total, (at the cost of paid breaks, yearly bonuses, Sunday time and a half, and a few other benefits). We are always understaffed, with the main reason to even shop here the “market street” being horrific for it, with one staff running between 2-3 sometimes 4 departments alone, And then there's the failing equipment, sinks that leak and are jammed, one is split along the rim and looks like its gonna fall out, the fryer always smells of burning since there is no staff to clean it. I've been here too long and yet don't have a way to leave, being one of the few staff they actually bother to…

All in all, this god damn sucks.
