How many updates are important and how often (work remotely)? Weekly 1:1 updates are extremely important but doing double daily updates may be too much which is what my supervisor wants. My supervisor is making me do a DAILY To do list which is almost like micromanaging plus an end of day summary of what ive done during the day. I'm going to resign this month & take a mental health break but this is good to know for my future job. It is no surprise there is high turnover in my organization.
