How much does your company pay to “buy your loyalty”?

Got into a debate the other day at work, about what the average amount per year (per location) the average company spends, to buy their employees loyalty (IE pizza parties, snacks, and the like). My assumption is about 2-8K per year, depending on how large of a store/location we are talking about. Or to put it into better context the cost to increase a single full time employee’s pay rate by 1-4 dollars an hour. Not even the whole team, a single person…. So what do you all think, what is the average amount spent to buy your loyalty (and how much of it do you think can be written off during tax season)?
