How much overtime should I submit in this scenario in North Carolina?

I work for a bank as a technology contractor in NC. We have a release this weekend and I have to work which I will get overtime for. On Saturday, I have 3 meetings which are 30 minutes each throughout the day (8:30-9am, 11-11:30am, and 3-3:30pm). On Sunday, I have meetings from 8:30am-12pm, and 3pm-3:30pm. I imagine my employer would want me to add overtime to my timesheet for 90 minutes on Saturday, and 4 hours on Sunday. But obviously I cant really do much with my weekend during those blocks inbetween when I am not on meetings so I am wondering if I can submit OT for 7 hours (830am-3:30pm) for each day? How does this work in NC?
