So I just got a new job offer and have a couple of interviews this week so I know I’m leaving soon but idk exactly when. So basically at my current place I got the job through a friend which was great until they fired him out of nowhere. The reason they fired him was because of a judgement call he made but due to the nature of the job he followed correct procedures to get help and our boss is ultimately responsible for us as they are our supervisor. I’ve also been getting really weird communication from them like trying to get me to not work as many hours even though we discussed I wanted them and they were okay with it. I also have not been informed of big changes in the workday until 2 hours in at least twice. So basically not a great environment and I’m ready to get out. I’m debating giving a weeks notice but I also don’t owe them anything and could just quit like how they fired my friend. What do y’all think?? It’s also a really small company which seems important
