How should I react to a manger who ignored me?

I messaged my manager at work on teams if I could get a shift accommodation during Ramadan since my shift ends at 8 he left me on read. I see this as extremely disrespectful like he could have at least responded no I feel like just ignoring him next time he tries to talk to me what y’all think?
